As an experienced occupational therapist and educational consultant, I offer a unique combination of expertise in lifelong learning & growth, well-being, leadership, and personal success. I have worked in the NHS & higher education since 1991, across health & social care services. I  specialised  in supporting people with a learning disability, autistic people and older adults with dementia. I latterly worked to support digital literacy and technology enabled learning in a national NHS role.

I use a blend of occupational therapy, coaching, counselling and problem-solving skills to create a bespoke solution-focussed plan to work alongside you towards your desired goals and outcomes.

My tailored approach ensures that the solutions I offer are aligned with your unique requirements, enabling you to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, and to feel empowered to make change in your own work or personal life.

I have a deep understanding of counselling, psychodynamic studies and therapeutic groups, allowing me to effectively manage diversity, distress, and conflict within groups. I am passionate about fostering inclusive physical and social environments, supporting neurodiversity and people with emotional and communication difficulties.
